The most lasting memory will probably be our stay on Amantani Island on Lake TitiKaka. We stayed with a family without water and electricity and it was both enjoyable as well as being an eye opener.
(more)So many memorable parts, but perhaps the large adult male Orangutan climbing on to the viewing platform at Sepilok, sending people in all directions as the officials tried to clear the path for him.

The entire experience was an absolute blast. The kindness of the staff - the peaceful location - the delicious food - the interesting history of the place- the wonderful antique furniture - the eccentric fellow travellers.... If you are after a different kind of holiday where you can both relax and have a few adventures this is it. (more)Working with the huskies on our 2 day wilderness safari was amazing. A once in a lifetime experience and Raika, the husky guide was brilliant! (more)Trinidad was an amazing city and really touched our hearts, but having a car and the freedom to explore, and being able to see the real Cuba was the best thing we did. (more)We saw monkeys in the hotel grouse, sloth and of course the scarlet macaws. We had never been to a rainforest before and could not believe how green it was. All the places we stayed at were interesting and different. (more)Jordan is a very friendly, welcoming country, with plenty to see and do. It is quite compact, so there are not long distances to travel. We stayed for 10 days, and would happily have stayed longer, but equally it makes a good destination for a shorter break as well. (more)The husky sledging was amazing and we also got to see the northern lights we did something nearly everyday and enjoyed every minute, went to the ice hotel you can't really explain in words how pretty the scenery is you have to go and see it to believe it. We loved every aspect of this accommdation... We dream of returning soon. My daughter and I rank this accommodation as our best holiday ever. (more) The accommodation was the most luxurious, most welcoming, most helpful place we have ever stayed in; and the walks through the tea estate with idyllic views of the reservoir and surrounding hills, both relaxing and inspiring.
(more)As each day passed it became my favourite day so far! The Inca Trail of course and the island home stay have to be my top two. The holiday was made all the more memorable because of the great group we were travelling with and of course our guide Dante.
(more)...we were blown away by the Iguazu Falls which were just amazing! Also spending my birthday on a schooner, with bubbly and cake provided by the operator, was a lovely surprise, and I felt very spoilt!

There couldn't have been a better choice for a diving centre. I spent a week with the team and the whole week was memorable and exciting. The place is run by a very effective team of professionals, who go every day over the top to make their guests feel special and very well looked after. (more)Most memorable bit - spending Christmas Day exploring the waterways of the rainforests of Tortuguero in a small boat, seeing monkeys swinging through the trees, otters, caiman, iguana, toucans, parrots and countless other birds.
