Bangladesh holidays. Tours & holidays in 2016 & 2017

People have preconceptions about Bangladesh, but one that rarely hits headlines is that it has the third longest beach in the world, Cox’s Bazaar, at 120km. So, Bangladesh holidays are full of beautiful surprises. The Sunderbans NP, the world's largest mangrove forest, is home to elusive tigers. Traditional tribal life thrives, from the Khasia to the Monipuri. And stupendous architectural and spiritual sites abound, from temples in Dhamrai to the Buddhist World Heritage site at Paharpur.

Very interesting and enjoyable. The most memorable part is the amount of curiosity we aroused wherever we went - people were interested to see us and wanted to talk to us - and have their photos taken with us (more)Miranda Clifton
I loved the Sundarbans and seeing the tribal people of the CHT. Absolutely wonderful (more)Rob Horsefield
Most memorable was finding a recent tiger paw print in the mud and some on the beach as well. Never saw the elusive tiger itself but at least we knew at least one had been around recently! (more)Vicki Brown
