Laguna Torca farmstay accommodation in Chile
Memorable parts? Soledad and Charles were incredible hosts. The surroundings were beautiful, the house was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the serene nature all around us. We also enjoyed visiting the llamas, who were quite hospitable! Tips? The location is off the beaten path, but well worth the effort if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to visit. Local benefits? With the location in a small community, we definitely felt that we made a small contribution... (more)Sian Wayt Wingerup

Bali eco lodge bungalows in Indonesia
I hesitate to write this review for selfish reasons. Why? Because this holiday is so wonderful I'd rather keep it a secret! Situated on the southern slopes of Mt Batakaru in remotest Bali, this place is a pocket of paradise, far removed from the ravages of the 21st century. Having spent a week there I did not want to leave. (more)Daphne Donkin
Most memorable was walking through the rice-fields... It was just great. (more)Astrid Dello
From US $85 - US $210 per house per night

Gosh, difficult to say which part out of so many! I am reviewing the holiday five months later and still remember everything about our stay here. The delicious food and warm hospitality from the hosts, the beautiful scenery and the long walks will stay with me forever, I think. (more)Bill Reid
The kindness of our hosts, the nice balanced way they shared and included us in their individual enthusiasm and warmth, the pertinent information about local and Piemonte region, without coming too close were most memorable. Excellent holiday. (more)Anna Welsing
Whilst we have many very happy memories of our recent 5 weeks in Europe all involved voted that the week was 'the' most memorable. This was primarily a result of the passion that both Marla and Fabrizio bring to the running of the accommodation and to ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. Of course this professionalism is ably supported by the fantastic scenery and interesting history of the area. (more)Neal Dalgliesh
