The most memorable part of our trip was most likely the scenery we loved the mountains and woodlands. The next was the food as Nick is no doubt an excellent chef and Dasha a specialist with deserts.

The bedroom we chose was magic and I'll never forget going down the escarpment garden to the cliff walk at the bottom - that was brilliant. This accommodation completely excelled itself with the hamper and goodies that were provided. Arriving at the accommodation and watching the sun set over the medina from the terrace. Stumbling through the holiday in broken French (although most Moroccans speak several languages). Exploring the souks and markets. Eating the most amazing
Moroccan food (personal favourite: kefta et oeuf tajine).
(more)The rooms are quite lovely, only surpassed by the views of the sea and the Madonie Mountains. I also had the pleasure of visiting a shepherd making cheese on a hillside and of visiting the local Santa Anastasia Winery, where they give an outstanding tour. (more)
It's hard to say which part was most memorable - watching the Northern Lights dance in the sky as the swans sang on the river, walking in the crisp morning leaves and seeing the mist rise from the lakes, spotting reindeer among the trees... the holiday was filled with wonderful sites and sounds throughout and our hosts helped us make the most of every day.
