The most memorable part of our trip was most likely the scenery we loved the mountains and woodlands. The next was the food as Nick is no doubt an excellent chef and Dasha a specialist with deserts.

I loved this little farm and the people who run the B&B. It was in a lovely spot by a stream...I loved my time in the area of the B&B.

There were lots of memorable moments:- from lovely walks, beautiful surroundings of the hotel, really lovely owners, Ilaria and Derek, who couldn't have been more helpful, beautiful starry night sky and lots of different types of wild birds to be seen nearby.

I can't imagine a better holiday. The staff gaged the activities according to your interest and will go out of their way to
make sure that it is the most memorable experience.

Scenic and serene, our stay was idyllic. Aside from the beautiful location, our hosts - Trevor and Debbie Benton - made us feel so comfortable and welcome that it felt like home.

The entire experience was an absolute blast. The kindness of the staff - the peaceful location - the delicious food - the interesting history of the place- the wonderful antique furniture - the eccentric fellow travellers.... Matt and Caroline made arrangements for us to ride, snowshoe and ski. We had never skied before and had thought that we were too old to try. However we went and took a couple of lessons and we loved it.

We could not have hoped for a better holiday. This was our first time in Sardinia, our first farm holiday, away from the beaten tracks. We spent a week and rested so much that we feel as if we've been away for months.

We had a great couple of days. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The yurt and it's garden area are completely private and self contained but near the owners home if you need anything.

Seeing the farm and the animals and finding out about how they have converted to an organic farm was the most memorable part.

Imlil was absolutely breathtaking, everywhere you looked was stunning, the accommodation, scenery, mountains, people were all incredible. We arrived on a very cold afternoon, by evening snow was falling and by morning there was 4 inches of snow!

Essaouira was easily the most relaxing part of our holiday. The accommodation was a lovely place to stay for a few days and Paolo, Hakin and Naima looked after us very well.

The bedroom we chose was magic and I'll never forget going down the escarpment garden to the cliff walk at the bottom - that was brilliant. This accommodation completely excelled itself with the hamper and goodies that were provided.

You enjoy every single minute of your stay and Pier is one of the most important parts of this experience, his charm, charisma and love for what he does influences truly the atmosphere and your mood there.

The most memorable part was getting to the top of the mountain to see the amazing views and feeling very proud that despite bike injuries (minor) I made it to the top!

Arriving at the accommodation and watching the sun set over the medina from the terrace. Stumbling through the holiday in broken French (although most Moroccans speak several languages). Exploring the souks and markets. Eating the most amazing
Moroccan food (personal favourite: kefta et oeuf tajine).

The rooms are quite lovely, only surpassed by the views of the sea and the Madonie Mountains. I also had the pleasure of visiting a shepherd making cheese on a hillside and of visiting the local Santa Anastasia Winery, where they give an outstanding tour.

It's hard to say which part was most memorable - watching the Northern Lights dance in the sky as the swans sang on the river, walking in the crisp morning leaves and seeing the mist rise from the lakes, spotting reindeer among the trees... the holiday was filled with wonderful sites and sounds throughout and our hosts helped us make the most of every day.
