I am reborn! Simply the best holiday I have ever been on
Some great stories to tell the grandchildren. Would recommend to a friend
Absolutely fantastic. Had an amazing time and started planning the next on the way home. (more)Hayley Cripps
It supported local people. All lunches were arranged in local restaurants,
group tour to a local small farm where a lady cooked an amazing meal with wine and local brandies, all enjoyed on her porch. Very traditional food made by a local.
We had a great time - its a really good holiday for a family with older kids (young adults really), where everyone is fairly active but want different things from
a holiday. the operator was responsive, relaxed and helpful. Our island guides were expert kayakers but were also patient with the not-so-expert guests. (more)Liz Wren
The team made us feel at home, went the extra mile, and as we all said, we want to come back sometime in the future. (more)James Megarry
Best holiday in years, perfect location, exciting activities, knowledgeable guide. (more)Lisa Fogden
Most memorable was getting out on the sea and being able to travel at your own pace. The Islands are amazing and Miljet is a must see place, we loved it. (more)Chivers Libby
We enjoyed the kayaking because we were able to get away from the throng of tourists and it was an ideal holiday for the 3 active teenagers we had with us but easy enough for the adults. (more)Louise Solomon
The sea kayaking and snorkelling on Lopud island was great fun. It got quite interesting in terms of high waves on the way back which was a welcomed challenge. (more)Mariana Heinrich
The highlight was the River Zrmanja kayak tour. Good, great location, you could virtually swim from the hotel. (more)Lois Simes
All of it was memorable! I guess the day we went on the Zrmanja and Krupa Rivers, - it was simply beautiful. Kayaking down rapids and swimming under waterfalls that we would have only got to because we were taken on the day. (more)Tim and Rachel Atkins
Kayaking in beautiful landscapes with clear blue seas (more)Jules Dawkins
The most memorable or exciting part of your holiday? Kayaking from Lopud to Sunj on day three of the holiday, the wind got up a bit and it was exciting riding through the waves. (more)Roddy MacLeod
I loved almost everything! We had booked the sea-kayaking trip and were upgraded to the catamaran sailing trip for 5 of the 7 days, which was fantastic! I enjoyed seeing the different islands while sailing, biking and kayaking, as well as all the meals the guides organised for us at local people's houses. (more)Astryd Letrud
When we went on the Catamaran.
There is one guide per group and the group can be very small, even one person sometimes. Be prepared for bad wifi and no phone service and last minute itinerary changes.
Our holiday was local and helpful for small businesses.
I enjoyed my holiday very much and would recommend this for small group travel. (more)Natalie Jacob
Views from the mountains across to the Adriatic coast, walking in the Una River National Park in Bosnia, drinking Turkish coffee made on a small fire in the mountains, swimming in the icy clear green water of a small river and the majestic beauty of the Plitvice Lakes.

Probably the most memorable day was arriving at our hotel in Buzet at the end of the second day. After a steep cycle up a winding hill to a hill top medieval town, we arrived at our charming picture postcard hotel. The use of the spa was included in the price which was very welcome.
A decent level of fitness is required as there is quite a bit of climbing involved, which are obviously rewarded by some nice long downhills. We did the cycle at the beginning of... (more)Margit Matthews
A mix of good memories. Dubrovnik was stunning but quite touristy. But Korcula was so peaceful and tranquil. The local seafood was amazing and the clarity of the seawater was beautiful. All the different excursions were great fun for different reasons.
It is quiet and quite remote so if you are looking for peace and calm away from it all; this is the place.
I assume tourism is important for the locals so yes; I guess they benefitted.

So much of this trip was memorable--I lucked out with a great tour group and a wonderful guide (Danny). The scenery was beautiful and most places we went
were (happily) not overrun with people. Kayaking was definitely my favorite activity, while the most memorable day was when we had lunch at the hilltop
farm. I really enjoyed meeting the owners, and knowing that they shared a meal with us that was wholly produced on their land made it that much more

Fantastic! Beautiful country, very peaceful and relaxed but adventurous. Our guides were excellent, informative and relaxed. The whole experience was great. We really enjoyed the activities everyday - rafting, especially - it was beautiful and thrilling! We also enjoyed that we had plenty of downtime during the evening, to relax and soak up the village life. (more)Emma Buckland
Wonderful!...We stayed in a rural hotel and so hope that this provided local jobs in this lovely location, soon to be a conservation area (more)Mary Purton
5 Star. Croatia was wonderful and the tour guides really looked after us.... The best bit? The walk to and climb up Gromavaca (1,675m). I think it is the highest peak I have climbed and the view from the top fantastic. To the west
was the Adriatic, with its parched rugged coastline, to the north, south and east
back into Croatia with the white limestone mountains and dark green forests. (more)Michael Hasnip
Our local guide, Luka, was able to take us to places that were not on the usual tourist routes or at times when each place was at its best, as a result we saw much more than we would have done if we had travelled there on our own.
This was tailored to our specific requirements, the tour company were very flexible, changing plans as we went along due to weather conditions, individual requests etc. So I think if you are flexible to try new experiences and change... (more)Amanda Moon
Best bit: The stunning scenery, you quickly run out of adjectives. (more)Jacky Hanafin
Brilliant. Our guide Radovan was great - laid back, fun, skilful, knowledgeable and hard working: unlike on UK group kayak trips I've been on, we hardly ever had to portage our own kayaks; he moved them all to and fro at the end of the days (towing, bussing, ferrying them) when we needed to start somewhere new the next day. We hardly ever had to carry our own bags either which was luxurious for this kind of holiday! (more)Nicola Robinson
Besides the great nature, people from Sipan and Miljet are amazing. Specially at the guest house we stayed at Suduradj. (more)Manoela Penna
Beautiful view all over the route and good explanation notes. All the accommodation chosen where very good. Especial the Parenzana Hotel in Buje was so nice and friendly people and their restaurant was fantastic.
To be prepare for real mountain biking experience and many kilometers.
