Every day was an adventure so it's difficult to pick a highlight. We cycled a day off road around the country side in the south-east of the island which was great fun. 
(more)Most memorable was dancing salsa outside in Granada after a lovely meal, mojitos and cycling... Brilliant and a great way to explore the country as a solo traveller.
