I am reborn! Simply the best holiday I have ever been on
Some great stories to tell the grandchildren. Would recommend to a friend
    Very enjoyable
    It was OK
    A bit disappointing really

The most memorable moment was spontaneously being invited into a home to listen in on a jam session with the resident and their guests. We were walking around the streets of Havana taking in the street scene and heard music coming out of a home. We peeked inside the house and were extended a warm invitation to come in and enjoy the music, rum and the fried plantains all without any expectation of any kind from our hosts. (more)Gautam Biswas
The best part was Havana. Everything about Havana, the tour in the old American car was great but we loved just wondering around. (more)Jo McKeown
Best bits: Too many to count! The caves near Vinales, the convertible tour of Havana, the gorgeous white sand beaches, and the wonderful host families! (more)Rachel Levy

The best part of our holiday overall were all the guided walks that were arranged for us; all our guides were young, educated, bi-lingual and delightful. We learnt so much from what they told us and their enthusiasm for their country and culture was infectious. We would not have felt so immersed in Cuba without their input and as a result I found myself leaving Cuba with a huge respect for the Cubans and their culture. (more)Chrissie Amey
Trinidad was memorable: Loved the city, cobbled streets & buildings. Also loved the number of bars and restaurants. Meal at paladar la Redaccion. Tour to Topes Coliantes - Great views, greenery and saw a Cuban Trogon etc. (more)Kathy Brown
Our casa particulars stay in Vinales was awesome! Although she didn't speak much English and we didn't speak much Spanish, Loly was delightful. The food was great and her family made us feel very welcome in their home. We had a fantastic trip and would recommend time in Cuba to anyone willing to take an adventure. (more)Laura Giffin

Most memorable for me was the window into the lives of Cubans. I learned a lot from our guide and the staff, but I had the chance to talk to many Cubans throughout the course of the tour. I will remember Cuba as a place with great untapped potential for economic development and growth. (more)Cynthia Gilliam
Hearing about the way of life/history from the guide was the most memorable. Excellent, loved the way the guide introduced the whole country and way of life to us. (more)Lois Martin
Our guide Mauro was an excellent ambassador and made the trip interesting and showed us the human side of Cuba. (more)Stanley Hills

Visiting Santa Clara and seeing the Che Guevara Mausoleum and statue was the most memorable part of the holiday...10/10. Absolutely perfect. (more)Genevieve Isherwood
We really enjoyed this holiday. We had a fantastic range of experiences and met some wonderful people. We've travelled extensively, but Cuba is pretty much a unique destination. (more)Alan Shelton

The most memorable was 50 miles offshore Scuba Diving in the Garden of the Queens...this is a healthy reef with sharks to nudibranchs. The soft corals where beautiful waving in the current with the reef fish. We had a wonderful trip and will be returning to Cuba and diving the Gardens. (more)Wilson Wing
Excellent, enjoyable, thought-provoking. So glad we went, but should have stayed longer! (more)Ian Matthews
The most memorable part was the few days spent in Trinidad. Truly beautiful city, lots of restaurants, good nightlife, and great location for day trips to beaches or mountains. (more)Kelvin Eaton

Memorable parts? Havana - most exciting. Trekking through brown/red mud - most memorable. Walking was generally in woods without much in the way of views and always on narrow slipperey paths - no "dirt vehicle width roads" as the first item listed in the trip notes. Unfortunate that the "Two nights guaranteed in a hotel in Old Havana..." didn't materialise. Tips? Read the trip notes carefully and research the country with material outside tour operator's description. Take extra stuff... (more)Sean Kavanagh
