Cyprus walking holiday
The tour leader (Ros) was excellent. Good at leading walks and sorting problems (hotel was changed on arrival!) to satisfaction of all present. (more)Martin Long
The best bits of the holiday were the mountaintop castles: St Hilarion and Kyrenia, and the wild flowers at this time of year (early April). Also - the local guide was brilliant - so knowledgeable and interesting, he added an extra dimension to the experience. (more)Hilary Allen
The best part for me was the final day's walk where we finished with a paddle in the sea at Turtle Beach. I was impressed by the fact that all the walks were so varied - never the same type of scenery and all of it so beautiful! (more)Daphne Steer

North Cyprus is great; good walks, some interesting sights to see, the sea is warm enough to enjoy in early May and excellent food at low, or very reasonable prices. (more)Nora Kocsis

There is another side to Cyprus than the infamous Agia Napa resort that you can discover with responsibletravel.com! For the responsible traveller the restoration of traditional houses in Cyprus villages - often referred to as agrotourism - provides lovely and traditional places to stay which also benefits the local economy.
