Just a lovely relaxing time - bike routes well marked, flora & fauna interesting, pubs perfectly placed for provisions....Really good. Off peak, so avoided crowds. B&B accomodation was lovely - spacious, hospitable & accomodationg.
(more)We thoroughly enjoyed it all - the walking and scenery was spectacular and the activities just pitched right for both adults and children. The trip was made even more enjoyable by the expertise, knowledge and personalities of the guides who were great fun. (more)Hmmm, so many good bits. Seeing such diverse parts of the country with such different landscapes - all within 140 miles; having the route to ourselves most of the time; meeting the challenge of a three-day cycle with quite a lot of big hills; meeting lovely people; great B&Bs etc. (more)Fantastic mountain biking in a beautiful location - one of the best holidays I've been on and I came away feeling I'd really pushed myself physically and mentally, and achieved something.
