The most memorable part of our trip was most likely the scenery we loved the mountains and woodlands. The next was the food as Nick is no doubt an excellent chef and Dasha a specialist with deserts.

The best part was undoubtedly the food. Practically everything on your plate comes from the estate, whether it be pork from their rare breed pigs or wild boar, vegetables from the garden or olive oil from the olive groves. (more)
Fantastic! Most memorable were the lovely hosts who picked us up at the railway station and delivered us to another station after our stay.

Biking in the beautiful country of Spain with my husband and good friends was the most memorable part. It was a wonderful experience, great trails, food and memories to last a lifetime. I am planning my next trip now! (more)
Practically all of it however the most exciting part was when we went kayaking on higher waterfalls. We give it a high rate since this was the best holiday we have had, kids loved it as well and we consider re doing it, maybe in a different season. (more)

It was all good! The relaxation break offered us a variety of activities, as well as the opportunity to just be restful. The small size of the group meant it was possible to get to know the other guests quite well and there were many interesting conversations. (more)

I loved the whole week and all the activities involved. I had very little expectation or knowledge about fleece or felting but learnt an enormous amount and came away loving the felt piece I created. The highlands are conducive to creativity! (more)
As a family, the sense of teamwork was really noticeable... Occasionally we managed to stop the loud singing from our children and caught sight of kingfishers, herons, cormorants and all manner of wildlife... A fantastic family holiday – so glad we booked. (more)

There were lots of memorable parts of the holiday. I loved just sitting on a cliff or a beach gazing at the wild Atlantic breakers, I loved the lush sub-tropical vegetation & flowers, and I found the excursions to Sintra fascinating. (more)
