The most memorable part of the trip - it's a cliché but, all the pictures in the world do not prepare you for actually being at the Taj Mahal. Most exciting part - rickshaw ride through Jaipur! and white water rafting on the Ganges.

Incredible, awesome. Quite simply the most fantastic holiday of our lives. It was everything and so much more than we had hoped.

A very good trip. Varanasi, the camaraderie of group members and our group leader and seeing India in action were the best parts of the trip.

There were so many great memories it’s hard to pinpoint one or two! Seeing a tiger and her two cubs was an awesome experience.

The most memorable parts were the variety of the cities and sites, the vibrant colours and sounds mixed with the dirt and poverty, the kindness of the people. The Taj Mahal was so beautiful and seeing tigers was memorable.

Seeing the Taj Mahal and Baby Taj in Agra was so amazing. I got to see the Taj at sunset and it really does change colors. The biggest surprise was Mumbai.

Superb. Special thanks to our guide Junaid. He was wonderful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and the organisation was seamless.

Seeing a wild tiger trying (albeit in a very lazy way) to stalk deer before giving up and crossing the road right in front of our truck was a really memorable experience.

Every day brought more wonderful experiences. Riding an elephant at the Amber fort was excellent...Wouldn't have missed this for the world. Special thanks to Gordham for taking Pat and I on a shopping trip in Jaiphur, the tuk tuk and rickshaw ride at dusk was a better thrill than anything else on the trip.

I will never forget cycling down some of the quiet back country lanes of Rajasthan -children running across fields of yellow mustard flowers to greet you as you bicycle past - pausing in a small village to meet the people.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and was lucky with the group too. Good itinerary. It was so nice to be away from the vast hoards of tourists and experience real Morocco, but Marrakech was fantastic too...

All visits to Rajastani palaces, forts and havelis were a fantastic experience, especially since the city guides were really good and very excited to tell us all about it. The Taj Mahal is certainly a highlight, but my top experience was visiting the living and breathing city within the walls of Jaisalmer fort.

Its impossible to pick just one as the entire trip was wonderful, which probably sounds like a cliche. There were so many highlights, the sailing down the Ganges was magical, and exploring Varanasi.

Always happy when the flight is over, but usually apprehensive about tackling the language barriers and over-zealous taxi drivers I was more than happy to be greeted with a smile by an Exodus representative. I was soon whisked off to the hotel where I met what was to be my new family for the next 8 days. . Read more about Jerrine's adventure in India's Golden Triangle in this India article.
