It was all good! The relaxation break offered us a variety of activities, as well as the opportunity to just be restful. The small size of the group meant it was possible to get to know the other guests quite well and there were many interesting conversations.

I loved every part of it!! From the breathtakingly beautiful scenery to the feeling that you were living simply among an Italian community who acknowledged your presence but did not change themselves because you were there.

There were lots of memorable parts of the holiday. I loved just sitting on a cliff or a beach gazing at the wild Atlantic breakers, I loved the lush sub-tropical vegetation & flowers, and I found the excursions to Sintra fascinating.

Never before have I been on a holiday where I was made so welcome and my every need was catered for. Shirley and Nigel are wonderful hosts - the exact amount of care and attention but without intruding on my peace and relaxation.

Denia was a lovely place for our yoga trip - authentic Spanish feel, with something for everyone - beach, historic castle, good shopping, restaurants etc. Gary and Nicole were very committed to ensuring that we had a relaxing time.

This was one of the best holidays we have had. It was lovely getting to know a group of people, it was valuable to share a holiday with people who had a common interest. Getting up early for yoga in the morning and having a lovely breakfast was wonderful.

Most memorable were the rejuvenating and refreshing treatments and the company of fellow-holiday makers; we all sat around a big table at mealtimes and shared a bottle of wine.

The most enjoyable part of my holiday was the ayurvedic treatments that I had. The staff at the resort were also so nice, they couldn't do enough for you and always had a smile on their faces.
