The best part was undoubtedly the food. Practically everything on your plate comes from the estate, whether it be pork from their rare breed pigs or wild boar, vegetables from the garden or olive oil from the olive groves.

We loved it and hope to return some day. We were well looked after; the accommodation was clean and comfortable, adequate rather than elaborate; the excursions were fascinating and well managed with good attention to safety; the staff, especially Cinzia, were friendly, encouraging, well organised and willing to be flexible to meet our requests. One of the most memorable parts of my trip was a snorkelling excursion along the Golfo di Orosei. Along the way, as we sailed past all the stunning beaches and caves, Cinzia gave us plenty of information about the geography and nature along the coast, but all in a very humorous and fun way. Once in the crystal clear water we were lucky enough to see a couple of weird and wonderful creatures. (more)We have many wonderful memories from this holiday. Our holiday in Umbria was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation was beautiful and Francesco and Monia (the owners) took great care refurbishing the old farm house, being sensitive to the architecture, nature and the Umbrian tradition. (more)
