The instructors, the food, the town, the people who ran it... It was the most perfect holiday.

A very enjoyable holiday particularly for the children who have not stopped talking about it yet... Taking part in the bushcraft activity and watching our grandchildren as they tried wild foods and made fire. The enthusiasm with which they approached every new challenge and the knowledge that they gained is priceless.

I loved the whole process of gathering natural materials (lichen, fungus, nettles, birch bark, etc) to dye the wool, the dyeing itself and the amazing array of colours we created with single and secondary dyes.

I loved every part of it!! From the breathtakingly beautiful scenery to the feeling that you were living simply among an Italian community who acknowledged your presence but did not change themselves because you were there.

A really excellent week. Good diving, good food, and good weather... Being amongst the fish and the coral every day - unbelievable colour and variety.

The venues we were taken to were good, we got an overview of the countryside around Torrox. Food was generally good and socially it was great...A great experience in a great location.

The most memorable and exciting part of the holiday was drinking nettle beer as the sun went down on the Saturday night. We'd had a busy day digging, foraging and cooking, so seeing it all come together at the end of the day with a crackling fire and that beautiful view of the valley below was truly memorable.

One of the most memorable parts of my trip was a snorkelling excursion along the Golfo di Orosei. Along the way, as we sailed past all the stunning beaches and caves, Cinzia gave us plenty of information about the geography and nature along the coast, but all in a very humorous and fun way. Once in the crystal clear water we were lucky enough to see a couple of weird and wonderful creatures.

The beauty of the island, the hot sunshine, the incredible scenery, the balmy evenings drinking nightcaps by the sea, eating ice creams on the beach, the plentiful opportunities for swimming, the great company, the entertaining guides, the fun kayaking in crystal clear turquoise waters, the relaxation time - it was all wonderful!

The whole trip was memorable, but I particularly enjoyed the 4 days we spent in Luang Prabang. At a relaxed pace we visited ancient buddhist temples, watched the early morning ritual of alms giving, conversed with the monks, met the locals at the markets...

I loved it! It helped the environment and taught you a lot about the area and animals around you. We were kept entertained and had a really fun time - I will always remember this holiday.

The sense of peace after a week of relaxation, yoga and new friends was wonderful, as were the views from the small and friendly hotel. The surrounding mountain area was calming and inspiring, a perfect place to chill out and get away from it all.

We woke up every day ready for another day in paradise. It surpassed any holiday experience I have ever had or could possibly imagine.

Diving the Islands was my favourite. The quad biking and evening in the desert was good too. The night sky in the desert was amazing. The staff at the Coral Coast Hotel were great, they made me a cake for my birthday and sang Happy Birthday in Arabic. They did origami arrangements with the towels.

Most memorable was learning to self-arrest with an ice-axe - sliding head first and face down on an icy slope!
