I am reborn! Simply the best holiday I have ever been on
Some great stories to tell the grandchildren. Would recommend to a friend
The most memorable part of our holiday was snorkelling in the Maldives. It was amazing to see sharks, fish and sea turtles on the reef. It was a surreal experience...Overall, I would rate our holiday 10/10. We had a great time in all the countries we visited, the locals were very friendly and hospitable. (more)Tracy Watson
Flying in a seaplane over the Maldives and landing in the lagoon by Filitheyo Island where we spent an amazing week was the most memorable part. (more)Greg Harris
Very happy with our holiday, certainly related to the quality of the different guest houses.
We experienced the real Maldives, met local people and learnt about their kindness and dignity. We accepted their costumes and in exchange they showed us beautiful places. Often the local beach in the island was exclusively for us. Islands and the sea are amazing, every snorkel, dive or boat trip is a magic surprise.
Be ready to accept what is offered to you and to abide to local rules, no fancy clothing required, water activities will take up most of your time.... (more)Veronica Vigano
Snorkelling with Manta Rays. You need to be a very strong swimmer to get in the sea with the Mantas as they move very quickly. You also need to be confident with your snorkelling equipment as you will need to get it on/off very quickly. The marine biologist who co-ordinated the trip is very supportive and gives you lots of advice on how to be in the water.
The Maldives is an expensive destination so you need to factor this into your holiday spending budget.... (more)Elayne Farmer
One night I stood in the shallow waters and stingrays washed over my feet and we saw a large school of dolphins going past, followed closely by a logger head turtle and then some sharks! (more)Anne Hazzard
The most memorable part was the candle lit dinner + sunset on the tiny sandbank island...Very enjoyable. (more)Robert Linsky
