Climb Mount Toubkal trek, Morocco
Excellent, exceeded my expectations, all ran like clockwork from the pre-holiday assistance through to our wonderful head guide who even got up at 5am to ensure that I got safely into my taxi to the airport!  (more)
From £729 including UK flights
Morocco desert adventure
Lahsim our guide, AD the cook and Yusef the camel driver were particular highlights and overall I'd say the holiday was fantastic.  (more)

Mountain biking in the Atlas Mountains
It was really great - a fantastic experience... Most memorable was camping on a steppe just below the highest Atlas Mountains. Very cold but beautiful and remote. (more)

Marvels of Morocco family holiday
The most memorable moment was probably the camel trek - sleeping under the desert stars was a fantastic experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the trekking in the Atlas - it really felt like you were a million miles away from everything! (more)
From £1069 - £1139 including UK flights
Family tour to Morocco
My husband, my daughter and I all had a wonderful time. It was really good for my daughter in particular to visit an Islamic country. (She has Muslim schoolfriends.) Hearing French spoken also helped her to realise that there are real advantages in learning to speak another language. (more)

Morocco travel information

With coastlines on the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, Morocco was the cradle of the two historic North African empires that dominated the Iberian peninsula into the 15th century. The Imperial Cities of Fez, Marrakech, Meknes and Rabat all have fascinating architectural monuments, evidence of the country's former wealth and power, and a number of old towns, ancient ruins and markets are listed as World Heritage sites by UNESCO.

The spectacular ranges of the Atlas and Rif mountains, still home to the nomadic Berbers, offer outstanding opportunities for hiking, and trekking on foot or on horseback, with camel-riding also possible in the Atlas mountains as well as around the Sahara Desert area in the southwest.
