Most memorable? Two things in particular, seeing the sunrise in the Sahara desert, and the night sky in the Atlas Mountains. Just such a wonderful experience!!

(more)Walking in the Atlas in general was terrific with the beautiful scenery. Sleeping outside under the stars was also amazing... Second to none! (more)The camel ride to the dinner at the Bedouin tent; dinner at the tent; and the night in the "desert" were the most memorable parts.
(more)Most memorable were walking to the top of the dunes, having the only set of footprints the whole way and surveying the vast view...
