Nepal trek with Chitwan National Park safari
It was absolutely great. I think it would be perfect for groups and solo travellers (I went solo). I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting great diversity and fun. (more)Endija Skopane
Book your flight , pack your bag , seize the day , go ! Just do it ! (more)Lorna Jenkins
Everything was done locally, and the guides were great at imparting knowledge about the local area and customs. (more)Bronwyn Russell

Nepal extreme activity holiday
Brilliant!! The most memorable part has to have been rafting the G4 rapids on the Bhote Koshi with thunder and lightning, rain bouncing off the water and 1.5cm hailstones falling from the sky, still all in 27 degrees heat, wow amazing! (more)Neil Whittemore
I had a brilliant time on this holiday and it fulfilled most of what I wanted to get out of the trip. (more)Murray Hendriksen
From £1690 including domestic flights only
Langtang Valley trekking holiday, Nepal
The guides know the families who run the Tea Houses where we stayed ,and on many occasions we were greeted as old friends ! Also by being in a small group the impact on the environment and in the villages we stayed was not as significant as if we'd been in a larger group. (more)Jane Elliott
The western and Nepali guides and porters were great - always smiling and ready to make sure everyone was happy. An excellent trip in all aspects. (more)patricia barber
This trip has some of the most beautiful nature and scenery you will ever see in your life. (more)Albert Assely

Himalayan cultural tours, Bhutan, Tibet and Nepal
Nepal desperately needs more tourists to help support the local economy. Don't be put off by the recent earthquake - most of the major sights are still well worth visiting. (more)Stuart Bowden
The whole trip was memorable and exciting but one highlight was the hike up to the Tiger's Nest Monastery in Bhutan - quite a grueling walk for a Sunday afternoon but what memories! Also, visiting Lhasa in February when pilgrims from the furthest reaches of Tibet were there was a joy. (more)Carolynn Peace
The most memorable part of the holiday was seeing new places and meeting new people from completely new cultures. (more)Dietrich Yap

Annapurna Circuit and Tilicho Lake trekking holiday
It was incredible, amazing, breathtaking. Simply spectacular. Totally worth it, Nepal is a paradise, and its people are a big part of the good feeling you get there. (more)Laura Murillo
My guide Krishna and porter Ali were helpful throughout with Ali never saying a negative word about my kit bag he was carrying and Krishna being especially on the early morning ascent to Thorong La Pass. He sensibly walked 40/50 paces then stopped for 30 seconds and then on again etc. At that altitude the pace was just right and we made it to the top in wonderful snowy conditions with clear blue skies at 8.30 am Ė a great memory to have. (more)Len Davison
Nepal is a stunning country but it is being undermined by pollution and corruption. There seems to be an attitude that its ok to overcharge tourists because they are seen as rich by comparison. (more)Jane Crashley

Annapurna trekking holidays
Highlights were waking up the first morning of the trek and seeing the sun hitting the peaks of the mountains. The sights, sounds and smells of Kathmandu. The incredibly friendly people of the villages we passed through. (more)Jane Brandon
The most memorable part of my holiday: waking up on trek and looking out of my tent at the Annapurnas with the rising sun catching the peaks and the truly charming and helpful Nepalese people. (more)Margaret Pitt

Memorable parts? Varanasi was amazing and provided a great stay. Tips? Just go for it, you will love it, whether you are used to travelling or not, everyone on our trip enjoyed it and wanted more. Local benefits? On the trip we used local guides, driver etc which supported jobs in the various towns and cities. Using public transport ie the trains helped us get to various places easily and economically. Overall rating? Amazing, a must do for everyone. The guide was... (more)Joanne Rogers

This was an excellent trip, very well organised and handled locally in difficult circumstances when we found ourselves in the heaviest snowfall in the Everest region for 5 years and plans had to be changed. Exciting stuff!!! (more)Alan Bellamy

Nepal culture and adventure holiday
Memorable parts? We did it all during this holiday and enjoyed every minute! We toured Kathmandu; went river rafting; enjoyed scenic trekking; and visited Chitwan National Park where we took an elephant safari and got to wash elephants in the river. The tour operator did a fantastic job planning an active itinerary where we had lots of time for activity but also enough time to relax. I would not change a thing! Tips? Just let the good folks at Friendship Tours know what you want... (more)Courtney Stryker

Annapurna trekking holiday, Rhododendron trek
This was an exceptional trip, of course due to the stunning mountains, but mostly because of the fantastic work of the team. They made us feel welcome, safe and entertained. It's easy to see the tangible effects of benefiting the local people. Many of the teahouses exist only because of the people coming through on treks. This is particularly important now after the devastation of the earthquake. (more)Emma Collver
Travelling through the villages you will see the women working in the paddy fields. Drinking masala tea overlooking the Phewa Tal against a backdrop of the mountains was wonderfully relaxing after the 6 day trek. (more)Gill Craig

Memorable parts? White water rafting and seeing the sun rise over the Himalayas Tips?
