I loved this little farm and the people who run the B&B. It was in a lovely spot by a stream...I loved my time in the area of the B&B.

The trip was 5 star born again, Liz and Mel were fantastically welcoming, extremely well informed on all aspects of the area and able to provide a very relaxing environment.

All of our stay was wonderful although if I had to select some highlights I would say that the husky tour, seeing the Northern Lights and meeting Santa in his cottage stood out . The latter was magical and really got us into the Christmas spirit.

This really was the best holiday we have ever had, we have struggled in the past to find somewhere that everyone enjoys which is difficult with young active children, but this accommodation and Ithaca really did mean we relaxed and enjoyed time with them whilst they also had a great time. None of us wanted to leave and we will definitely go back.

Perfect - the best week's holiday we've ever had. The accommodation was very comfortable, the surroundings were idyllic, and the views breathtaking. Very peaceful and relaxing, with lovely outside eating areas, a hammock and a pool.

The most memorable part was getting to the top of the mountain to see the amazing views and feeling very proud that despite bike injuries (minor) I made it to the top!

Most memorable was no single event, just every day new unfolding experiences - the mountains, the sea, the food, the local town, interesting people.

The whole experience was so memorable, cannot remember the last time I really did not want to come home from a holiday. For my daughter, being able to join in caring for the horses was the best bit.

B&B was excellent with very comfortable accommodation, great food, wonderful Highland stoneware crockery (a personal favourite) and fantastic facilities.

Absolutely fantastic. I can't wait to go again, and this time I would definitely go for longer. I want to go back this time next year, for a week with a few close friends. LOVED LOVED LOVED IT.

Gill and Neil make you feel very at home and I was very well looked after. I even got a ride out in the pony and trap one evening - an added bonus! I had a lovely, relaxing week and would definitely recommend this accommodation to other people. I would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

Searching for whales, being greeted by dolphins, snorkelling above seahorses leave a warm fuzzy feeling inside. I feel truly privileged to have been a part of the ecolodge and Dominican way of life, even if it was just for 2 weeks.

We were only on holiday for four days so it would be an exaggeration to rate this as a holiday of a life-time however the accommodation is definitely **** and I have already recommended it to family and friends.

This is a wonderful place, very tranquil and relaxing, unless you dislike country sounds (cockerels crowing, goats bleating and of course the hooting of owls at night!). We absolutely loved it and think anyone with a soul would do so too!

Seeing the farm and the animals and finding out about how they have converted to an organic farm was the most memorable part.

It was really nice to feel, just for a minute, that we were part of an organic farm, as this is my dream. We had a small glimpse into the hard work but satisfying life of organic farming.

The welcome was exceptional and we would definitely return, if lucky enough to be visiting again.

Most memorable? Cycling through the countryside. Walking in the woods. Seeing meadows full of butterflies and Storks in the fields. Eating the fabulous goulash cooked on a fire in the garden by Simon and Joe.
