The whole trip was unforgettable - especially loved the rural parts we visited and stayed in and the various transport and accommodation - much fun and very unique! Every day waking up was like Christmas morning, so exciting.

The knowledge and hospitality of the tour leaders, Suraj and Ravindra, made this a particularly memorable trip - by the end, we really felt more like we were with friends than on a 'tour'. Seeing was believing when it came to the Taj Mahal, not many places live up to be better than you anticipate as this place did. My wife and I have done some travelling, but this has to be the most impressive building we have ever witnessed. The highlight of my trip was the Jalore Wildlife Sanctuary. I was welcome by the owners of the land and taken around on night safaris by the son Ravindra. (more)
On the positive side the final day's cycle was the the most memorable, as the scenery was amazing. I will never forget cycling down some of the quiet back country lanes of Rajasthan -children running across fields of yellow mustard flowers to greet you as you bicycle past - pausing in a small village to meet the people. (more)

It's everything it's claimed to be. A remarkable building that shows little sign of age. We visited in the afternoon then went back at dawn. It's well worth two visits (more)All visits to Rajastani palaces, forts and havelis were a fantastic experience, especially since the city guides were really good and very excited to tell us all about it. The Taj Mahal is certainly a highlight, but my top experience was visiting the living and breathing city within the walls of Jaisalmer fort. (more)
