Fantastic! Most memorable were the lovely hosts who picked us up at the railway station and delivered us to another station after our stay.

We had a simply terrific time and have already recommended the house to numerous friends, particularly those people who are seasoned travellers and are tired of the regular offerings

The most memorable part was getting to the top of the mountain to see the amazing views and feeling very proud that despite bike injuries (minor) I made it to the top!

Most memorable was tartiflette eaten by candlelight (cooked by the concert pianist and his wife who run the refuge) and the sound of the river in its rocky bed as we fell asleep.

The place itself was idyllic and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely couple who ran it.

10/10...My stay as a whole was completely memorable. The room was wonderful, the whole place spotless and the attention to detail was like nothing I had seen before. The owners were 2 of the nicest people I have met and went out of there way to be as helpful as possible.

Our stay was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, David and Jackie. From the welcoming tea and biscuits on arrival, to our departure, all was everything you could possibly wish for.

The scenery was tremendous and the weather cooperated beautifully in May month. Combining stays at pleasant easy to find bed and breakfasts with full days of hiking the Offa Dyke trail made for a memorable holiday.

Tochni was one of the most beautiful villages in the area. It suited us because it was very quiet. Renovating old buildings provides an immediate atmosphere to the holiday and is much better than staying in a new apartment.

Memorable was the fantastic Welsh hospitality when a couple looked after our bikes while another lady - totally unknown to us - took us back to our accom to collect our car. Really friendly people!

The highlights were the warm welcome, wonderful cream tea on arrival. Very child friendly - Rose went out of her way to find books and puzzles for the children to play with.

The highlight was seeing scotland for the first time, learning new skills, enjoying the company. The satisfaction of getting to the top of 2 munros.

The rooms are quite lovely, only surpassed by the views of the sea and the Madonie Mountains. I also had the pleasure of visiting a shepherd making cheese on a hillside and of visiting the local Santa Anastasia Winery, where they give an outstanding tour.
