Gorillas!!!!!. Interacting with them was the most exceptional experience elf my life and the biggest adrenaline rush I have ever had. Its is without comparison. The Masai Mara was amazing, will decamping was a buzz and White water rafting on the Nile was an amazing experience but being close to the African people(especially the happy kids) and not isolated in 5 star resorts made the trip a once in a lifetime experience. South Africa Safari holiday, 14 days
Five stars! It was, as stated, the adventure of a lifetime, which we were expecting, but we did not plan to gain so much more, in the way of making friends and feeling a part of missions that transcended mere tourism. (more)Tania Modleski
We had so many memorable experiences. Watching a beautiful leopard and her cub was up there, as was spending an hour watching six young elephants play in a waterhole. (more)Ellen Weiss
10/10 it was amazing. We were so well looked after and treated as part of the family at our main resort. it was very hectic as we stayed at 6 locations so it involved a lot of travelling. but now we are back, we realise how much we packed in and how much we saw. it was a trip of a lifetime for us, so we really appreciate all the things we gained from our trip and are now saving hard to go again!! Nepal is a very fascinating. It's chaotic, loud, polluted, crazy in the cities and quiet, pure and serene in the countryside. It is fascinating that you can travel from the hot, flat jungle with amazing wildlife to towns with palaces and loads of cultural sites or to snow-covered, cool mountains in less than a day. Guyana holiday, wildlife & culture
The local people certainly seemed to think that tourism benefited them and at Surama in particular were very keen to encourage it . The use of the forests for tourism should probably discourage the government from damaging them through extractive practices such as logging and mining. (more)DEE HUMPHRYS

Southern Madagascar holidays, Lemurs, baobabs & beaches
Memorable parts? The most memorable part of the holiday was visiting the National Parks in Madagascar. Tips? Beware of the tour description because it's deceiving. For example, day 4 of my tour was described as: "We will set off early this morning towards Antsirabe (via Tana)... Once in Tana, the journey takes approximately 3+ hours on a good, windy road." Well, the reality is that the road has sections in such bad condition that the car could go no faster than 10 miles per hour,... (more)Alex Carballo-Dieguez

We were able to visit community projects and provide support direct as well as via local organisations. Overall rating? The very best wildlife experience! Not exactly reborn!! (more)Liz Green

Birdwatching holiday in Andalucia
I will always remember the beauty of flamingoes, avocets and stilts close up, and seeing a hoopoe for the first time. The great part about this holiday was learning to identify so many birds in different habitats in springtime Andalusia with the expert assistance of our guide Sergio. (more)Elizabeth and Ross Kalucy
The most memorable thing during this holiday was our easy-going, friendly and very competent guide Sergio. He guided us through different landscapes and could always find us interesting spots with lots of birds and he could also tell us interesting things of what else we were seeing around us. Borneo holiday, culture and wildlife
Memorable parts? Seeing the orangutans and elephants in the jungle. Tips? Rainforest trekking can be strenuous in the heat. Would advise stout footwear and poles if at all unsteady. Local benefits? Certainly benefited local people and supported conservation. I worry about the number of plastic water bottles we got through and there is no infrastructure in place for recycling. Overall rating? Absolutely brilliant! The itinerary was was interesting and varied. The 2... (more)Steve Blake

Memorable parts? The group was excellent and we are keeping in touch, great camaraderie. Alex the guide was superb. Knowledgeable but above all friendly. A huge asset to the organization. Brown bear tracking in Northern Greece
Memorable parts? Seeing a brown bear was the highlight of the holiday but this was definitely the icing on the cake. The friendly people, wonderful mountain scenery, incredible views, amazing walks, butterflies, orchids and peace and quiet made the holiday memorable at all times. Tips? Be prepared to do plenty of walking over rough and rocky ground, possibly in high temperatures. Enjoy the local people, food, culture and scenery as much as possible. The highlight was seeing wildlife at really close quarters - the time the leopard strolled through our camp. (more)Lis Woods
The holiday was fantastic, wildlife great, the food excellent and although no mod cons you soon realise how little we really need to live day to day and how much we take for granted over here. A very satisfying holiday. Would go again. (more)John/Cathy Baldock
The most memorable part of the holiday was the locations of the campsites. Right there in the midst of the wildlife... we drifted off to sleep to the sounds of hippo's deep bellied chuckles, lion's roars and elephant's trumpeting. Magical! (more)Janet Hammond

Peru tour, Andes to Amazon
Memorable parts? On the Andes to Amazon I believe it was the Manu Wildlife Center. It was a charming facility with nice staff. Of course, the wildlife that we were fortunate enough to see was fabulous. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately during our time in Peru I picked up a nasty bacteria & viral infection. I was admitted into the hospital for 3 days / 2 nights which was during a portion of our arranged trip. We were not able to drive from Cusco through the cloud... (more)Christine Kinkel

Memorable parts? Seeing the gorillas. Visiting the Pygmy village. Tips? Bring long trousers and T-shirts to cover up in Uganda. Pack lightly as there is laundry at the campsite. Local benefits? Yes, particularly when visiting the Pygmy village and the Kenyan school. My trip was the first 19 days of a longer 75 day tour. Whilst I did not go on this activity I know that later in the longer tour they go on a lion walk. I would urge you to research the company that runs this... (more)Genevieve Isherwood
