Everything! Hard to choose! The vast number of endemic plants, unbelievable diversity of flora, diversity of birds, both the endemic and the widespread, the Southern Right Whales, the seals, the Mountain Cape Zebra, the Meerkat and the Black Wildebeest. That being said about wildlife, the South African people were incredibly warm, co-operative and knowledgeable. They love their beautiful country and are perfect hosts to their visitors. Everything! The build up with the amazing Tess and Amanda at the holiday providers were fantastic.The Birkenhead House is the best hotel I have ever stayed in,truly wonderful,the rooms,food,location and the staff were all above anything i have ever experienced,really wish it was a quick flight away for weekend breaks! Most memorable were seeing a pack of nine wild dogs....Getting so close to some of the other wildlife, Seeing Humpback whales breach. Better than expected and lived up to all our hopes.
