The most lasting memory will probably be our stay on Amantani Island on Lake TitiKaka. We stayed with a family without water and electricity and it was both enjoyable as well as being an eye opener.

The tapir emerged from the forest and remained at the clay lick drinking water for an extended period of time. Simply remarkable. (more)
Most memorable was our Shaman host at the jungle homestay. He glided around, playfully and skilfully making leaf hats etc and happily sharing with us his knowledge and Chechan philosophy. A wise man and free spirit in a beautiful place. (more)The highlight for me was definitely the snorkeling, especially when there were sea lions about. I never thought I would be so enthusiastic about swimming with sharks! (more)The most memorable part of the holiday was the wildlife - birds, dolphins, turtles, snakes, Jesus lizard...Ecuador is incredibly diverse, people genuinely interested, especially when "the only Gringo on the Bus!" and the operator is very efficient.

Bolivia is a beautiful country. Our tour leader was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. The most memorable part was vising the salt flats - they were beautiful, and totally original. A real experience! (more)

Amazing holiday. Very varied and interesting with a good mix of people of all ages and nationalities. We saw all of the top sights in the area and good trips were organised e.g. horse riding.

...we were blown away by the Iguazu Falls which were just amazing! Also spending my birthday on a schooner, with bubbly and cake provided by the operator, was a lovely surprise, and I felt very spoilt!

The wildlife was just awesome! Even more amazing than we'd expected! The crew were fantastic - really friendly and welcoming and the guides were exceptional. The holiday was made all the more memorable because of the great group we were travelling with and of course our guide Dante.
