This would be a perfect and highly recommendable holiday if you're: interested in nurturing your mind and body by yoga and healthy tasty food...The love and warmth of the Winter family made you directly feel at ease and at home. The yoga classes were of good quality and inspiring. Loved the silent walks in the morning.

It was all fantastic, but the setting is extraordinarily beautiful and will be hard to forget.

The week was very enjoyable - good photography tips, great locations in Spanish villages and coasts, and with 'staff' that seemed more like old friends than small business operators. And it was excellent value for money.

Be prepared for a week full of inspiration, fun, friendliness, good food and wine and the chance to bounce ideas off each other.

The most memorable and exciting part of the holiday was drinking nettle beer as the sun went down on the Saturday night. We'd had a busy day digging, foraging and cooking, so seeing it all come together at the end of the day with a crackling fire and that beautiful view of the valley below was truly memorable.

The most memorable part of the holiday was definitely the cooking ... and all the eating. Swimming in the Andaman sea was also a real highlight.

The most memorable part was the excitement of watching the different colours emerging as we used natural dyes and the anticipation of what could be created using them. I have never felt so invigorated, and relaxed?!!!, at the same time.

The most memorable part was going out with a research vessel from Lossiemouth (Scotland) and watching how the sonars for dolphin research were replaced. This provided an insight into "real" conservation work.

The restorative, meditative yoga practice gave a note of mindfullness to all activities. A well-balanced program, peaceful and still interesting and lovely. And our kind hosts did everything to make us feel at home.

Excellent! Our group consisted just of my wife and I so we got personal service
from Christos, the Company Operations Director, for the the whole week. The
hotel we stayed in was very comfortable, the staff most attentive and the
general atmosphere most congenial.

Excellent. This is a fine place to stay! With lovely people and surroundings. The best parts were riding in unknown rural France with horses up country tracks and beneath trees in occasional woodland. Meeting other riders and brushing up my French whilst the instructor brushed up my riding skills!

This was a fantastic week. The other people were just brilliant, as were the guides. I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday, and I can't wait until next year to go again.

Its up there with one of the best holidays we have ever had as a family. We met great people, we felt in touch with the locals and the local surrounds... Seeing the place from a boat gives you a freedom we had never experience before.

The entire experience was incredible - it was both challenging and exciting. The diving was especially incredible - I experienced diving in caverns for the first time, and witnessed 3 different wrecks, one of which was 3,000 years old.

One of the most memorable parts of my trip was a snorkelling excursion along the Golfo di Orosei. Along the way, as we sailed past all the stunning beaches and caves, Cinzia gave us plenty of information about the geography and nature along the coast, but all in a very humorous and fun way. Once in the crystal clear water we were lucky enough to see a couple of weird and wonderful creatures.

The very friendly and helpful hosts were the most memorable part of the holiday...Both hiking and cycling were enjoyable activities.

Most obviously just the many people we met. Everybody says it but it really is true, what a lovely lovely bunch of people to have had the privilege to meet.
On the wildlife front, I think the spitting cobra trumped even the komodo dragons!
