Wow! where would we start? Muba - a great and knowledgeable guide with a tremendous sense of humour, Jackson a terrific cook and again a great sense of humour. Stumbling upon elephants whilst walking to the viewpoint at the Serengeti park gates.

It was the most comfortable camping I have ever experienced. The tents were bigger than our bedroom, the food was incredible and the hot, private in-tent camp shower so refreshing. But we were truly out in the wild and could hear baboons near our camp and find elephant dung behind the tents.

Hiking to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro was a memorable (and, on summit day, very challenging) accomplishment. In the Serengeti we saw three male lions attempt to hunt a hartebeest, which was amazing.

If you want adventure and excitement and an experience to remember forever then you will love it.

Seeing animals in the wild, meeting other travellers, relaxing in amazing locations were the most memorable part...We enjoyed every part of it a lot!

Having an elephant peer through the door of our banda was quite a surprise, but my favourite part was meeting lots of locals and learning bits of Swahili and tribal dialect...Tempted to give it five stars! Probably joint first with a long trip to Belize.

Brilliant - probably the best we've been on for organisation and experiences...Safari in Selous out of the mountain lodge and visit to Kisake school were highlights.

Every day had a new highlight - camping in the Serengeti and hearing lions prowling around the site in the early hours, being invited into an elderly woman’s house in the Usambara mountains, snorkelling in the Indian Ocean

Everywhere we looked there were birds: on the water's edge, in the air, perched in trees. Crocodiles slipped into the water and there were pods of hippos, plus giraffes, elephants, buffalo and impala.

Our children (13 and 15) got as much out of meeting the local people in towns and villages as they did from seeing the vast array of wildlife. Now they realise you really can make do on a minimum of possessions and things can be fixed (in very inventive ways), not thrown away when they break; a life changing experience for them.

There were so many memorable moments it's hard to choose one. But seeing a leopard in a tree with its kill was right up there... Trip of a lifetime - fantastic.

Absolutely amazing - super balance of safari, mountain climbing and relaxing at the beach in one trip. Don't think it can be beaten!

This was fantastic. The 4 crew from the operator worked extremely hard to make everything run smoothly and ensured we all had a great time.

The most memorable part of my holiday was spotting my own Leopard, thanks to our top notch driver/guide who taught us how to look for wildlife... This safari was wonderful and highly recommended. Definitely 5 stars.

The best way to see the Wild life in Eastern Africa and the best way to go on Safari. If trekking was possible through the Masai Mara this would have been the only better way to see these amazing animals. For obvious reasons trekking is not possible and going in a car is the second best option.

Most memorable was definitely horse riding in and around Lake Malawi. It was soo much fun. Or maybe bush camping in the Serengeti.

Visiting the nearby village was a real eye-opener and an experience I could not have obtained any other way in a short holiday of three weeks in Tanzania. The Barbours were most welcoming and kind and I felt part of the family.

It was our first visit to Africa. I can now understand why so many people have a love affair with Africa! It is impossible vast and breathtaking. The people were friendly and welcoming. It's a surprising land of contrasts.
