Wine tasting holidays

Wine ALWAYS tastes better when you’re drinking it straight from the cellar door (and we think it tastes pretty good already!). Here’s a small selection of wine tasting holidays aimed at people who enjoy their wine, and want to discover a bit more about it.

Pilates & Italian cooking holiday, Piedmont
It was excellent! The pilates teacher, equipment, chef, bedroom - everything is super top quality. The idea itself - a blend of pilates and cookery is so inspiring and from day one makes you feel completely invigorated. (more)
From €1000 - €1100 excluding flights
Wine tasting holiday in the Loire Valley
The good memories started from our very first contact with responsible travel. They put us in touch with Mark and his wife and the wonderful chateau they live in which became our B@B for 3 nights. I felt we were visiting friends at the wineries because of Mark's relationship with the small vintners.  (more)
From €400 - €650 excluding flights
Provence holiday accommodation
The place itself was idyllic and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely couple who ran it. (more)
From €76 - €98 per couple per night
Burgundy self guided cycling tours, France
Cycling at our own pace through stunning, varied countryside and finding places that we would have missed in a car...The holiday was superb. Everything was well-organised with a varied itinerary and just the right length.  (more)
From €735 excluding flights
Self drive holiday in Cape Town and the Garden Route
The Safari in Amakala was the most memorable part of the holiday (more)
From £1290 excluding flights
Argentina tailormade luxury holiday
Each part was equally memorable as they offered a unique experience from other elements of the holiday. It benefited local people in that tourism is a form of job creation, whether for a hotelier, chef, waiter, tour guide, driver etc and must benefit local economies. (more)
From £1780 excluding flights
Ikaria Island holiday, organic farmstay villas in Greece
Overall we would rate our holiday 10 out of 10 and fully intend to visit again in the spring, when the wild flowers are blooming. The vineyard is one of the nicest places we have stayed - just what we needed after a stressful year in our business.  (more)
From €60 - €100 per house per night
Self drive South Africa holiday
It was all memorable! The whales in Hermanus really caught our attention as they swam passed us and were literally 10 metres from us. Definitely no need to go out in a boat to see them! The itinerary worked like clockwork. (more)
From £2310 including UK flights
