local women, teach our classes, enjoying to share our culture and traditions.
Environmental responsibility
- Many of our friend from all over the world visited our Casale della Fontana del Papa when it was a ruin and the olive grove suffering from years of complete abandon, three years ago.
In our dreams and with our vision, Claudio and I saw it completely restored, the olive grovegiving its rich fruits and you as our guests at Fontana del Papa.
True, we were dreaming, but now our "project" has become reality. The olive grove has become a organic park and the casale shines in all its ancient and imposing beauty. We have worked with tenacity, passion and love.
