Saadani Safari Lodge

Perched on the Indian Ocean, this cosy and elegant safari lodge is the only one within the boundaries of the newest national park in Tanzania, Saadani National Park. The property consists of 9 beach front bungalows, one of which is larger than the others and is set further apart, offered as a Honeymooners’ option.

Our facilities have been described by guests as “elegantly functional”. There is little pretence, but all the comforts are accounted for. With a tree house overlooking water holes frequented by various bird and animal life, a star gaze raised high up and sheltered for afternoon tea and uncovered for sundowners views and stargazing, a lounging pool partially canopied and kept cool throughout even the hottest days, a beach front hammock to take freshly squeezed juices and enjoy the breeze off the Indian Ocean… all play a part in the guests’ stay on the lodge grounds.
