1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Visit Chefchaoen (the Blue City) - an artists dream - plus walk to nearby waterfall in mountains. Visit mosaic manufacture place and watch craftsmen at work. Majorelle gardens Marakesh - absolutely stunning.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

A surprising number of occasions of having to carry our luggage for short but un-enjoyable distances sometimes through busy streets. Lots of steep paths and steps, unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties (as one member of our group had). Much colder than we imagined - however there was never any need for the sleeping bags we had been told to bring, so these just took up space. Should have brought warmer clothes.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Hotels in Casablanca and Marakesh (large and impersonal) were ghastly and unfriendly. Would have much preferred family run guesthouse as in Volubilis. This was absolutely lovely and so welcoming.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

What a memorable holiday, one I will never forget, a real life experience. My guide Mohamed was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to tell me about the local cultures, showing me some magical places and lovely people. I will tell everybody about responsible travel and the work they do. I would recommend they use them and would highly recommend they use Mohamed as there guide. Many thanks to you and Mohamed for a wonderful holiday. There were too many great days to mention.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Just to enjoy the time and the experience, its one you will never forget

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

It benefits the local economy, and by using local transport where possible causes minimum impact on the environment

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Absolutely fantastic, everything from day one with Mohamed was first class.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Many memorable experiences, overnight stay in caves with a Nomad family, interactive drumming sessions with the local hotel staff, rock climbing.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

This trip is not for you if you don't enjoy the many activities on the trip. I went in November and was concerned that it might be very cold in the mountains, but was positively surprised, as our mountain gite had warm showers and even a hammam. As the trip is quite short, you could consider having some extra days at the end to explore either the desert or towns other than Marrakech, e.g. Essaouira by yourself.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

Yes, the tour guide also made sure to explain the responsible travel concept and how it was applied on this trip.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

It was an excellent trip, with fantastic fellow travellers and an experienced and dedicated tour guide. The locals (especially outside of Marrakech) were very welcoming

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

The bike ride was a challenge, but well worth it for the stunning views. Loved the walk in Dades gorge too, and seeing the eagle on the high atlas walk was a real moment!

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Itís good to prepare in advance if you need to get fit for this trip. Have plenty of small change at all times. Tipping is part of the culture in morocco.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

Yes, in many ways. The operator also worked closely with the local guides and hosts to help set themselves up.
