Take thin clothes and good walking boots and plastic sandals for the beach at the Dead Sea

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Good but could have been better if our Guide was committed to giving us accurate information, and stayed with us. He left us to sort ourselves out for the last 20 hours!

Our company prides itself on the high quality of our local group leaders and guides. We feel they give an unrivalled insight into local culture that someone who isnít native to the country simply cannot provide. This is also in line with our Responsible Travel policy of trying to keep as much money as possible in the country visited and provide employment locally. The local leaders we use are carefully selected and trained according to our guidelines. They all receive a copy of an instruction manual, written by experienced ex-leaders and travel industry staff at our company, prior to running our trips. This contains information, tips and guidance on what we expect from them and emphasises our high standards, including delivering information briefings. We will reiterate this to our leaders in Jordan and, from hereon in, you can be assured that all leaders in Jordan will be with the group until the very last minute.
