Hotels in Nicaragua are still fairly basic so be prepared for that. Also most of the hotels we stayed in don't have hot showers. Food in Nicaragua is great and particularly good for Veggies. (more) |

The beauty of the country and the people was the highlight. Some of the most warm and friendly people I have ever come across. Very safe in the areas we travelled and absolutely amazing art for very little money. Loved it!! (more) |
