It was all amazing - we have so many wonderful memories! The landscape is beautiful and we experienced so many new things in just a few days: cross country skiing, ice fishing, seeing moose and reindeer, dog sledding, snowmobiling and sampling delicious local food. (more) |

It's hard to say which part was most memorable - watching the Northern Lights dance in the sky as the swans sang on the river, walking in the crisp morning leaves and seeing the mist rise from the lakes, spotting reindeer among the trees... the holiday was filled with wonderful sites and sounds throughout and our hosts helped us make the most of every day.

All of our stay was wonderful although if I had to select some highlights I would say that the husky tour, seeing the Northern Lights and meeting Santa in his cottage stood out . The latter was magical and really got us into the Christmas spirit. (more) |
