We felt we had been away for more than two weeks as we transferred to the second centre for the Flotilla week, the most exciting moment of the Flotilla was sailing with dolphins swimming under our bow and then jumping out of the water and talking to us. (more) |

We had a fantastic time. The boat was beautiful, the staff were attentive and very competent. We met great people, ate delicious Turkish food every night and we were sailing the same ancient waters that mankind has sailed for eons. We felt a real connection to Turkey, history and sea.

The most exciting part was snorkelling into a cave whose entrance was only just on the waterline; the most memorable, difficult to say - the company (our group of 6 really gelled), the places we visited (that you can really only get to in a kayak), the islands and their people themselves......
