The bedroom we chose was magic and I'll never forget going down the escarpment garden to the cliff walk at the bottom - that was brilliant. This accommodation completely excelled itself with the hamper and goodies that were provided. (more)

We had a wonderful honeymoon. The best bit was staying in this accommodation - because we interacted with local people and we were in self-catering accommodation, so we didn't feel locked into buying expensive restaurant and hotel food.  (more)
From £95 - £210 per accommodation per night (sleep 2-8)
We found it all memorable this was the first time we had booked an eco-lodge so that was a really positive experience set in beautiful woodlands. We were met by Ian and some 'yummy' homemade scones made by his lovely wife Maggie, which went down very well after our long journey. (more)
From £190 - £470 per lodge or cottage per week (sleeps 4-8)
From our arrival by boat through the mangroves through to our departure three days later, we loved our time at the lodge. We were the only guests staying there at the time and we received a high level of care from owners Dan and Holly.  (more)

It is a hiker's paradise and the staff arrange for guides for hikers and those choosing to go by horseback. The facilities are gorgeous and home-cooked dinners are wonderful. (more)

Searching for whales, being greeted by dolphins, snorkelling above seahorses leave a warm fuzzy feeling inside. I feel truly privileged to have been a part of the ecolodge and Dominican way of life, even if it was just for 2 weeks. (more)

The ecolodge was very comfortable with friendly hosts who were able to tell us a lot about the wildlife of Indonesia. (more)

The richness of the wildlife surprised us every day. One morning we saw dolphins swimming along the shore. Another dawn we came upon a sea turtle laying her eggs.  (more)

Watching the sun setting across the valley while sharing a very bubbly jacuzzi with my husband and a glass of sparkling wine was one of the most memorable moments. We wheeled the four poster bed out onto the balcony and slept under the stars both nights which was very romantic. (more)

Our vacation was a dream come true. Owner, Keith has built the whole place by hand with logs he found on the nearby beaches. What he has done is remarkable and his wife Randi adds the special touches that make the place really feel like being home. (more)
From US $275 per person per night (all-inclusive)
Absolutely brilliant, money well spent. Can't wait to visit again!! (more)

Going to Maui for me was more of a surf vacation than anything else but it turned into a spiritual journey mixed with the most amazing sight seeing, great food, friendly people all topped off with the famous Hawaiian spirit of Aloha. (more)

This is in a beautiful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the package tour holidays - you really know you are in Africa - not just another same old holiday resort. The staff were absolutely wonderful. (more)
