We will never forget sitting on the safari vehicle at one o'clock in the morning under a full moon just listening to the sounds of the bush. ("People make noise, nature makes sounds," was one of the things he said to us. How true.) (more) |

Most memorable? As I can’t swim it has to be floating in the Dead Sea. It was an unbelievable experience. I did not believe I would be able to as I did not think it would work if you cant relax to float but the sea just lifted me up and held me in the water. (more) |

Watching a family of twenty or so elephants with small babies at a waterhole within 25 meters of where we sat was the highlight. The Etosha National Park made you feel like you were living within a wildlife documentary! (more) |

Arriving at the village of Imlil and loading our bags on to a mule was certainly a highlight and set the tone of things to come. When we reached our room and looked out over our balcony to the snow capped mountains above we knew we were in for a fabulous stay. (more) |

There's so much in terms of both variety and number of experiences, it's hard to capture one moment. Dolphins, elephants, stampeding water buffalo, oh and the wonderful stars at night, and the warm, smiling people. It was all unforgetable.

Kruger National Park was the most exciting - we saw absolutely everything there was to see - Rhino, Hippo, Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Crocodiles, Hyenas, Baboons, Water Buffalo, Impala, Wart Hogs, Kudu, Springbok and Birds too numerous to mention. (more) |
