1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The wildlife. We saw flamingos and crocodiles in the nearby lagoon. Everywhere you turned in the resort there were iguanas and other reptiles as well as loads of insects. We had a boa constrictor (quite a small one!) come into our room, which was v. exciting! On the last day we released a clutch of baby turtles into the sea. Oh, and we saw spider monkeys. A special mention to our wonderful and knowledgeable guide Alex who made this all possible.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Take plenty of insect repellent if you go in the rainy season and long trousers and a top with long sleeves if you are going to explore the region. Also, my husband suffered with tummy troubles, so take plenty of rehydration powder and immodium!
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
The impact on the environment was kept to a minimum, e.g. use of little lighting, no air con.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
A wonderful experience. A beautiful location, very peaceful and excellent wildlife.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The richness of the wildlife surprised us every day. One morning we saw dolphins swimming along the shore. Another dawn we came upon a sea turtle laying her eggs. We were continually serenaded by a huge variety of birds and escorted along the paths by iguanas.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Bring your binoculars! The birds are hard to see in the foliage. Get up early and walk the beach. Lose
5 pounds before you go because the food is fantastic.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
Yes for both.
