Be aware that this trip is not as "personalized" as you think.

No.

This tour is a 'group safari tour' with up to 24 passengers. Sometimes our tours depart with less passengers than this and as such, the guide can spend more time with individual passengers. However on a full tour of 24 passengers it is difficult to offer a 'personalised' service to all passengers with only 1 driver/guide. We do have however have other tours that are classed as specialist 'super small group safari tours'. These tours carry a maximum of only 6 passengers and travel in a 4WD Landcruiser, so enable a much more personalised touring experience. We do try and minimise our impact on the environment and respect the customs and traditions of the local people. We would welcome any feedback on how we can improve in this area. Hopefully next time you travel with us you will rate us a 10/10.
