1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Taking part in the bushcraft activity and watching our grandchildren as they tried wild foods and made fire. The enthusiasm with which they approached every new challenge and the knowledge that they gained is priceless. Our very articulate and patient guide communicated at the appropriate level for the adults and children to gain the maximum from the event. She could not have done more.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Go with the flow and don't even consider that the weather is going to be a problem. This is an activity holiday so be prepared to be active. The more effort that you put in the more you will get out of the time.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
The food supplied was, as far as possible, locally produced and of very high quality. All of the activities involved local small companies that have an eco-friendly attitude to business. There seemed to be a collective attitude amongst those involved that they would only collaborate with other like minded people and organisations to promote a healthy and sustainable way of doing business.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
A very enjoyable holiday particularly for the children who have not stopped talking about it yet.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
This was a very nice holiday and I loved seeing the Dolphins and Badgers and it was very exciting! I will always remember seeing the Dolphins because that is the first time I have seen them in the wild, but the most memorable thing I did was lighting a fire with flints. This was a brilliant holiday, even though I was the only child on the trip (age 13) I was kept very well entertained with Poppy the dog, I never even felt lonely! x
I have to agree with my daughter and say that the sight of dolphins was fantastic. Debbie passed on such a lot of her knowledge about them and their environment, her enthusiasm and passion definitely rubbed off on us and there was a lot of whooping and wooing as the various groups of dolphins made an appearance. Badger watching was also a highlight for me as there is something quite exciting about hiding out just waiting. The coast is absolutely beautiful and just walking next to the sea is refreshing.

Pack shorts because even if you think Scotland’s windy and rainy its not! It was dry nearly every day we were there! Also do the white water rafting if your up for it, its really fun!
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
We travelled by train and bus hopefully minimizing our carbon footprint. Debbie supplied food which was sourced locally and also very delicious. We supported local businesses, visiting farm cafes, taking part in activities which Debbie had ensured were supporting the community and the environment

I loved it! It helped the environment and taught you a lot about the area and animals around you. We were kept entertained and had a really fun time - I will always remember this holiday. I was so pleased that both my daughter and me were able to enjoy everything that was on offer. Debbie introduced us to some wonderful people and we have come home feeling inspired. It was also great not to have to worry about organising our days.
