The cranes in Hokkaido.

None - it's so different for everybody.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

First no, second yes.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Phil Colley is a very good tour leader. For me, personally, there was too much "town-stay" and not enough cultural visits.
