1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
A lovely welcome and one of the most comfortable B&Bs we have ever stayed in, the attention to detail was fabulous, for example ground coffee and a cafetiere in our room, milk and fresh water always available in a fridge in the hall. There was a lovely sitting room available had we wanted to use it, complete with newspapers daily. The breakfasts were first class, we particularly enjoyed the lovely fresh locally smoked fish and the freshly squeezes orange juice, not to mention the marmalade made by Geoff, all cheerfully served by Shelley. Our room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Just go!
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, locally sourced fresh food, recycling bags in our room, discounts given for guests arriving by cycle or public transport.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Lovely Cornish coastline, fantastic weather, how lucky.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Lovely walks from your door or use the bus, a great opportunity not to get in the car!
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
Didn't travel out of Boscastle and so all money spent was within the local community, most businesses promoted the fact they sourced food and services locally.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
The B&B was fantastic from the wonderfully comfy and stylish rooms to the individual breakfasts cooked to order. Our hosts were extremely helpful and had loads of local information and knowledge. Would definitely recommend the accommodation to anyone.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

I spent 2 nights at this guest house in Boscastle. Boscastle is a wonderful place with the most amazing landscape. The lodge is the best guest house/B&B I have ever stayed in. My stay as a whole was completely memorable. The room was wonderful, the whole place spotless and the attention to detail was like nothing I had seen before. The owners were 2 of the nicest people I have met and went out of there way to be as helpful as possible. They have info on everything local that you may need to know. Breakfasts were spot on.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
To just be weary of local public transport. The buses do not run frequent or late. Check before travelling.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
I am not sure how applicable this was to my holiday but the lodge are doing a great job in making sure that they are as enviromentally aware and eco friendly as possible from providing re-fillable water bottles to using locally sourced and organic produce for everything.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
10/10
