1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

We took my two grandchildren on the steam train at Aberystwyth and the excitement on the 3 year olds face was something l will always remember he was so excited.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Go on-line to check out local amenities and do your own exploring of the local area.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

Yes l felt that we used the local shops and facilities as well as local tourist attractions etc. The caravan site encouraged recycling and blended in beautifully with the surrounding countryside. The site was planted out beautifully and we really enjoyed our stay.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

4* - The only down point was the weather could have been better at times.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

The beautiful scenery of the Dovey estuary and Cambrian coast unfolding before us every time we looked out of the window, made extra special by the amazing colours of a dry, sunny, late autumn.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Be prepared to enjoy lots of walks, the scenery, and drink in the natural beauty hidden over every hill and behind every hedge.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

I do. The park employs local people to support with the operation of the business. Locally produced food is available at the Nisa store at the bottom of the hill, which is less of a challenge to walk than at first is apparent. The use of lighting on the park is very clever, providing adequate cover from just a few lights that are on sensors. Water conservation is a priority here with dual flush toilets, and the use of instant hot water heaters ensures energy isn't wasted, and chalets are double glazed. I think there could be more use of energy efficient light-bulbs within the accommodation on site, but I really appreciated the fact that wildlife was a real priority on site, with many natural hedges and mature trees and shrubs on site.

We enjoyed our week's break at Borth very much. The mobile home was well equipped and the weather was brilliant - making it very pleasant to go out and about to savour the wonderful views of Cardigan Bay.
