1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
A perfect blend of farniente (quiet, relaxing, beautiful setting, great staff) and education (fauna, flora, history of the country, local development projects).
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
For families with little kids: despite the long journey to get there, the lodge is a beautiful place to stay with children. The water is safe to drink, and the beach and lake are wonderful playgrounds.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
YES!
