1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
It was great to meet people from other parts of Italy as well as other countries, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, whilst enjoying excellent home cooking.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Remember that you've decided to visit a beautiful, rural part of Umbria, where life generally moves at a slower pace and there isn't a 24 hour Tesco or Morrisons nearby.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
As well as the direct support of knowing that this accommodation used locally produced food and drinks, we also visited many local businesses in the area for such things as souvenirs, food, drink and petrol.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent accommodation, superb hosts, top class facilities exactly as described in their very good website.
