1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Really friendly family-run hotel. Fantastic food and spa treatments. Felt they made an extra special effort with us being one of the few English speaking guests. Great location with our balcony looking out onto the alps and a few minutes walk from the hotel puts you in beautiful Alpine meadows.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

Good recycling facilities in the room, lots of local produce used in the restaurant and bikes were available in the hotel for local green travel. The manageress came across as genuinely interested in reducing their environmental impact. Something which has been refined over a number of years.

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

A wonderfully relaxing week, very well looked after by all the hotel staff. It made a refreshing change to be in a welcoming, family run hotel - a far cry from the standard international brands.
