Holiday Reviews

We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same trip can have different views!

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Gorillas, chimps, hippos, tree lions, the people, the landscape. All were memorable in different ways and added to the trip.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

The right clothing and footwear which we had but we noticed a lot of others didn’t and therefore were too hot when out walking or got wet or bitten etc. Be prepared for long bumpy drives and basic toilets

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

Yes definitely. It was good that all of the guides were local and that money was being put back into the area

4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Excellent. People should not be scared of Uganda it has so much to offer.
