Holiday Reviews
We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same trip can have different views!

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Most memorable - the trip up Tiger Leaping Gorge
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Pack lightly - come with an open mind, understanding and compassion - remember the locals are generally very poor - they are just doing their best to keep their heads above water, although they may appear to be a bit of a nuisance at times. Let them have your empty cans and plastic water bottles.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
We had a local guide throughout and travelled by public transport most of the time, gave empty cans and plastic water bottles to people collecting them so there was very little waste and tried to shop locally for locally produced goods for souvenirs and remembered that in bartering, it was only a few pennies to me but could be important to the vendor.
4. Any other comments?
I considered the trip very enjoyable. Most of the group members were easy to get on with but found that there can always be one!! I would, however, recommend this company due to the fact that they always use local guides.
