All of it!
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Hotels in Nicaragua are still fairly basic so be prepared for that. Also most of the hotels we stayed in don't have hot showers. Food in Nicaragua is great and particularly good for Veggies.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
To the main yes as we stayed in locally owned hotels (apart from one) and ate in local restaurants etc.
