Holiday Reviews
We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same trip can have different views!

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The whole experience was very enjoyable. A great mix of people, challenging activities and a great set of instructors. The best thing for me was hurtling along on a mountain bike with a party of Brits ably guided by our instructor Chris.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Two of the days involve a lot of water. If you don't want to fall over in rivers then look elsewhere. But if you're prepared to have a go at something new, then this fun filled activity holiday could be just right for you.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
This sort of tourism benefits small mountain communities, as there is little else happening around these parts in summer. The tourists bring valuable income to a region which appeared heavily dependent on the winter skiing season. I was very pleased to see on our canyoning day that all the food packaging we took with us for lunch was stored in a small canister and returned with us when we made our way back down the river to the rendezvous. Neither was there a sign of any litter at sites we visited on other days.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent. Great weather. Great scenery. Great company.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
All the activities were well planned and organised with good equipment provided and first class guides. The holiday provided a great balance between challenge and achievability and it was great to learn new skills and try out things that I would probably never have organised into one holiday myself. The itinerary was organised so that each day built up the skills required for canyoning - for us the biggest challenge but also the most enjoyable.
A great experience. Everyone got on well and helped to make the holiday a happy and memorable week.
