1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?

Seeing Whale Sharks even though it was very brief encounter.

2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Set expectations that the fish life is not abundant and the whale shark encounters are very dependent on timing. Diving is not demanding though so excellent for less confident divers, may not keep experienced divers fully engaged. The local airline is infamous for losing bags so suggest that travellers have at least 2 days worth of clothes in hand luggage. Island is very casual so need little baggage. Sand Fleas are a big problem, not mosquitoes so need very strong repellent. Resort happy to lend equipment if required.

3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?

Local people so far as employed locals and seem to pay well. The resort is fairly small so not many people yet required. The resort takes a lot of trouble to support the environment and think through how to reduce impact.
